Plan Requirements¶
- Sign up at https://d7es.tag1.com/plans
- Install the tag1_d7es module on an instance of your site, to securely report D7ES site update status.
Plan Limitations¶
- Custom modules are not supported
- Customers are responsible for applying patches and updates

Premium Support Plan¶

- 3 hours of patching and compatability update support per site/month
- 10 hours of included support in the first month (annual subscriptions only)
- Emailed updates or update with Drush
- Covers core, contributed modules, and themes installed on your site
Plan Requirements¶
- Sign up at https://d7es.tag1.com/plans
- Site is managed with source control
- Site has up-to-date and tested database backups
- Site has a non-production instance where patches can be tested before being deployed to production
- Site is running the most recently released version of Drupal 7 prior to EOL
If you do not or cannot meet these requirements, Tag1 Consulting specializes in providing these services.
Plan Limitations¶
- Custom modules are not supported
- Tag1 will only apply updates to a non-production environment
- Customers are responsible for QA, sign off, and release of updates to their production environment

Managing Your Subscription¶
- To update your subscription, login to your account with the billing email you used to sign up
- If your plan is currently a trial, you will need to add a payment method. Note that this will convert your trial to a paid subscription, effective immediately
- You'll be provided an option to adjust your number of subscriptions

Deleting Your Data¶
Send us an email at at d7es@tag1consulting.com and let us know you'd like all of your data deleted. We'll respond within a month, confirming that we've deleted it.
