Updates and Release Notes

Since Drupal 7 went end-of-life, the default Drupal 7 Update Status page shows all modules as unsupported. When you install the tag1_d7es module, it updates your Update Status page to indicate which of your modules are covered by Tag1 D7ES, and if there are outstanding updates to apply.

We privately provide D7 security updates to our paying customers first. But after approximately 30 days, we also release the updates publicly in GitLab repos here. You can find release notes and an updated CHANGELOG.txt file in each repository.

We also post Security Advisories to coincide with the public releases. You can subscribe to RSS feeds there to be alerted of Tag1 D7ES public releases.

Tag1 D7ES Maintained Projects

The below projects are maintained by Tag1 as part of D7ES. These provide similar functionality to popular, community Drupal 7 modules that are either no longer supported by community maintainers, and/or rely on end-of-life, third-party libraries or plugins.

Unsupported D7 Module	Recommended Alternative
CKEditor 4	Tag1 D7ES CKEditor 5
CKEditor 4 Image and AdvancedLink plugins	Tag1 D7ES Backdrop
jquery_update	Tag1 D7ES jquery_update
